THE TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY

Move from first conversation to sustainable ownership.

The journey creates clarity before commitment. Each stage has a purpose and a decision point, while the depth and sequence adapt to the organization.

Structured enough to create clarity. Flexible enough to fit the business.

EIGHT DECISION-LED STAGES

From initial scope to sustainable ownership

The journey includes an initial Discovery & Scoping stage before the seven C.O.M.P.A.S.S. transformation stages.

  1. 01 Discovery & Scoping
  2. 02 Current State Clarity
  3. 03 Organizational Vision
  4. 04 Mindset & Culture
  5. 05 Process Integration
  6. 06 Adoption of Technology
  7. 07 Implementation & Measurement
  8. 08 Strategic Steering

CONTINUOUS CONCERNS ACROSS THE JOURNEY

Supporting streams move across stages—not beside them.

These are continuous concerns considered across relevant stages—not additional stages in the journey.

Change Management & Adoption

Sponsorship, communication, readiness and capability move across design and implementation.

Project & Implementation Governance

Decisions, scope, risks, dependencies and delivery alignment are managed throughout the work.

Data, KPI & Performance Management

Measures and information are defined early and strengthened as the operating model matures.

Quick Wins, Automation & AI

Viable opportunities can be used when they support the direction without distracting from root causes.

START WITH CLARITY

Start with the situation—not a predetermined package.

The first conversation clarifies the challenge, whether it fits my work and the most appropriate next step.
